Huntington Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and expand consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, and handling transactions with accuracy and care.

You will educate customers about banking options, pursue relationship growth through a structured sales process, and coordinate with other bank areas to deepen partnerships while complying with all policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role counts.

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk‑in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Exempt Status: (Yes) = not eligible for overtime pay ( No = eligible for overtime pay)
