Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment with customer engagement.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations.
• Call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks for workplace banking.
• Achieve daily performance metrics while handling competing priorities.
• Learn banking processes and ensure compliance with standards.
