Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team across Latin America with exposure to multiple publishers and licensing models. You will manage licensing requests, maintain records, coordinate renewals, and support compliance and optimization efforts.

Fluent in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders. Experience in IT asset management and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing terms.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimizations.
• Support audits and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, engineering and external vendors.
