Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the subregional Project, Contract and Billing Administration team. You will ensure projects and service contracts are set up, billed, and closed accurately and on time, in line with Rockwell Automation processes.

You will partner with Project Management, Contract Management, Sales, and Finance to provide reliable operational and financial information that supports decision-making and customer satisfaction. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in project, contract, or billing administration, or operations finance.
• 2+ years of people leadership, ideally across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue recognition (POC/milestone-based), contract management, and internal controls.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the subregional Project, Contract and Billing Administration team, managing workload and capability development.
• Own the administrative lifecycle of projects and service contracts from setup through financial closure.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, financial controls, and audit requirements; act as main audit contact.
• Monitor KPIs: billing, backlog, revenue recognition, unbilled balances, accounts receivable, renewals, and closures.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify, standardize, and automate processes across the region.
