Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Regional Director to act as the senior leader for a defined region, driving advisor and business performance while partnering with leadership to translate strategy into action and scale best practices.

This high-visibility role carries P&L ownership and direct accountability for advisor outcomes, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and talent development across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP or similar designation preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with accountability for revenue or business performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading advisor teams and driving growth outcomes.
• Strong understanding of advisor business models, practice management, and client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors and Financial Advisors.
• Own regional P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies aligned to firm objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; identify trends and implement adjustments.
• Partner with advisors to support business development and client acquisition efforts.
