Abbott is seeking an AS&T Manager to lead Analytical Science & Technology activities across LATAM, based in Argentina. You will guide product lifecycle support, technology transfers, and regulatory readiness, ensuring GMP-compliant processes and harmonized analytical practices.

You will manage regional and local teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable manufacturing and lifecycle success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required, advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with AS&T/MS&T experience.
• Experience leading cross-site analytical projects and technology transfers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific leadership for LATAM analytical activities.
