Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Process Engineer for our El Dorado, AR refinery area. The role focuses on safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient operation of refinery units, leveraging process fundamentals and data-driven thinking to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in process engineering in refining, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Two (2) or more years Process engineering experience or equivalent ability in refining industry required.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and optimization support for operations on assigned unit(s).
• Perform daily performance monitoring including mass balance, energy use, yields, and unit health indicators.
• Generate, analyze, interpret and disseminate performance data for assigned units to drive profitability and efficiency.
