LANXESS is seeking Process/Plant Engineers (Levels I–III) in El Dorado South to support responsible units, ensure safe operations, and consistently reach key metrics like OEE and OR aligned with LANXESS objectives.

You will lead MOC initiatives with production, perform daily process monitoring, troubleshoot problems, and drive process improvements from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams on KPI achievement and HAZOP/PSM-related activities as needed.

Qualificações

• BS in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Excellent computer skills and project management skills.
• Strong communication abilities essential for cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Management of Change (MOC) initiatives with production teams.
• Monitor daily process performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain KPIs.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects across units.
