Met T&S Ltd. in Argentina seeks a Construction Site Manager to lead large EPC and energy projects across South America. You will report to the Project Manager and Construction Department Manager, supervising site activities and ensuring HSE, schedule, cost and quality targets.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, experience with multinational teams, and willingness to travel within Argentina and other regional countries. Direct employment with MAIRE Group is offered.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Experience managing large industrial/EPC/energy or infrastructure construction sites.
• Understands local South American construction environments, contractors, and regulations.
• Willing to support projects across Argentina and nearby countries in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the performances of personnel and site activities, ensuring HSE, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Manage construction and site management responsibilities in line with HSE policies, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage Client contracts in line with Project Manager guidance and oversee site subcontracts.
• Organize and develop procurement activities for locally sourced materials.
• Ensure continuity between construction and pre-commissioning to optimize project schedules.
• Establish and review reporting to Head Office and Client as directed by Project Manager.
• Organize actions to prevent interruptions to erection activities and reduce delays.
• Prepare the Site final report.

Reportfunctionally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the ConstructionDepartment Manager.

Representthe Company towards Client and Subcontractor at Site and, whenever necessary,local Authorities.

Managesall site activities and ensures the Responsible of the Project forconstruction and site management, in compliance with HSE, time schedules,costs and quality, managing the allocated resources in agreement with therespective Departments.

Activities and main responsibilities

Overseethe performances of the personnel and of the site activities, in particularin terms of HSE performance, quality, duration and costs of construction.

EnsuresProject’s responsibilities for construction and site management, incompliance with HSE, time schedules, costs and quality, managing theallocated resources in agreement with the respective Departments guaranteeingthe full implementation of all the Legal Requirements.

Ensurethe implementation at site of the Group HSE policy, HSE management system andrelated performance objectives and targets.

Managethe contract with Client according to the Project Manager’s guidelines.

Managesite subcontracts through site management personnel.

Organizeand develop procurement activities for materials that has to be purchasedlocally;

Guaranteecontinuity between the completion of Construction and pre-commissioning tooptimize Project schedule timing;

Establishand check reporting for Head Office and, according to the Project Manager’sdirectives, to Client;

Organizeany valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, toreduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels.

Preparethe Site final report.
