EY is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist, Supervising Associate, to be the backbone of our talent attraction team by managing systems, data, and processes. You will optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and provide critical support to enable the team to attract and hire top talent.

The role requires 6–8+ years of recruiting operations experience, proficiency with MS Office and ATS/CRM tools, and a strong willingness to adopt AI-driven platforms to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8+ years of recruiting operations experience.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools.
• Strong aptitude for adopting new technologies.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong change management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver operational support to enhance team's effectiveness in achieving recruiting goals.
• Oversee management of ATS and other talent platforms ensuring reporting and analytics.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency of talent attraction operations.
• Coordinate and manage job descriptions and social media postings to engage candidates.
• Maintain and organize training materials and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure timely communication and implementation of recruitment process changes.
• Proactively communicate best practices and AI applications to enhance processes.
• Serve as administrator for relevant platforms and perform updates.
• Support leadership in managing and analyzing job board data and platform utilization.
