As a Recruiting GDS Supervisor, Supervising Associate, you will be at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with the U.S. team focused on operational expertise across 6 Activation Center (AC) subteams that include Data and Analytics, Exceptional Candidate Experience, New Joiner Readiness, Quality and Compliance, Recruiting Process Excellence, Technology and Solutions.
The GDS Supervisor will help strengthen TA2 Activation Center delivery by combining recruiting operations, relationship management, process stewardship and stakeholder support. This role will manage GDS Activation Center resources as a flexible resource across the six AC subteams, supporting the U.S. onshore function and leadership by taking on work where business need is greatest, with particular emphasis on Candidate Experience, Onboarding, Technology & Solutions, Vendor Management support.
Strong candidates will bring recruiting operations experience, relationship management skills, attention to detail, technology aptitude, sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency. The role requires a relationship-first mindset, balanced with process integrity, and a commitment to high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
