Job summary

HireHawk is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for U.S.-based digital commerce roles, from sourcing to offer closure. You will work remotely, align with client needs, and build strong talent pipelines across marketing, operations, product, and tech.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in ecommerce recruiting, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions (e.g., E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, Operations).
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles (e.g., Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, Customer Experience).
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset.
• Partner with the People & Compliance team for onboarding and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

Must-Haves for the Role

• 3-5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Nice-to-Haves for the Role

• Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
