Vamos Academy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks an Admissions/Student Advisor to answer enquiries, guide students to the right programme, and convert enquiries into enrolments. You will sell courses, accommodation, activities, and extensions while supporting students through orientation and paperwork.

The role requires Spanish C2 and English B2+, a commercial instinct, and experience in customer-facing work or sales within education or hospitality.

Formación

• Spanish at C2 and English at B2 or above. Both are essential, not preferred.
• Commercial instinct: you like closing and you can do it without being pushy.
• Experience in customer-facing work or sales, ideally in education, travel or hospitality.
• Organisation, and warmth that survives fifteen people arriving at once.
• The right to work in Argentina.

• Welcome new students: orientation, placement test and the practical advice that stops the first week being frightening.
• Handle the desk, the phone and the inbox in more than one language.
• Process enrolments, payments, certificates and academic paperwork.
• Be the student’s contact when something goes wrong, including the things that are not our fault.
• Keep the CRM honest so nobody is contacted twice or forgotten.

About Vamos Academy

Vamos Academy is a Spanish and English language school with two campuses: one in Málaga, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, and one in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Students come to us from all over the world, some for a fortnight, some for a whole academic year, many through university exchange and Erasmus programmes.

We are a small enough school that you will know your students’ names and they will know yours. That is the point of us. It also means the person we hire has real influence over how the place runs.
