Vamos Academy is seeking a role focused on designing and running a rich social programme in Buenos Aires. You will craft weekly and seasonal cultural, food, sport and nightlife experiences, building routes with a narrative across the city and organizing weekend trips to places like Tigre delta and Colonia.

You will negotiate with suppliers, lead activities when needed, manage sign‑ups and budgets, and run language exchange and volunteering programmes.

Formación

• Experience creating experiences, tours, events or leisure programmes.
• Real knowledge of Buenos Aires: what is worth doing, when, and at what price.
• Spanish at C2 and English at B2 or above.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.
• The right to work in Argentina.
• A clear criminal record certificate for work with minors, which Spanish law requires for this role. We help you obtain it and we cover the cost.

Responsabilidades

• Lead activities yourself when it is needed, which at the start is often.
• Control sign‑ups, capacity, budget and whether each activity actually pays for itself.
• Run the language exchange and volunteering programmes.
• Collect student feedback and retire what does not work instead of defending it.

You design and run the whole social programme. This is not filling a calendar: it is building the reason students remember Buenos Aires and tell their friends. It is one of the heaviest factors in the final course rating.

About Vamos Academy

Vamos Academy is a Spanish and English language school with two campuses: one in Málaga, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, and one in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Students come to us from all over the world, some for a fortnight, some for a whole academic year, many through university exchange and Erasmus programmes.

We are a small enough school that you will know your students’ names and they will know yours. That is the point of us. It also means the person we hire has real influence over how the place runs.
