The role emphasizes accuracy, fast decision-making, and cross-team coordination. The position is contractor-based and non-exempt, with a monthly compensation range reflecting market rates for fraud operations work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of fraud investigation experience.
• Experience analyzing data and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good business judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training.
• Able to work through holidays.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time transactions and flagged behaviors for manual review.
• Investigate transactions using internal policies and review methodologies.
• Understand systems and investigate account patterns through data analysis.
• Research fraud and user behavior to contribute to models and rules.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to improve detection.
• Maintain domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques.
• Meet or exceed SLAs for timely resolution of cases.
• Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders professionally.
