Sezzle, a fintech pioneer in flexible payments, seeks a Fraud & Disputes Intern. You will analyze card and ACH disputes, collaborate with fraud and disputes teams, and help scale loss-prevention processes using data insights and AI tools. This paid internship runs Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in risk analytics, case management, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to improvements in dispute handling and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate disputed card, debit, and ACH transactions and resolve within timeframes.
• Collaborate with fraud and disputes teams on next steps per case.
• Analyze transactions using internal policies to identify patterns.
• Understand systems and tools; investigate account patterns via data.
• Work with analytics, operations, data science and engineering to improve loss prevention.
• Maintain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Meet SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases.
• Handle escalations professionally.
• Leverage Claude or equivalent AI tools to enhance productivity.
