• Review account patterns through data analysis and systems/tools.
• Work with analysts and data scientists to improve loss prevention processes.
• Maintain domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Manage escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Leverage Claude or equivalent LLM tools to enhance productivity and communication.
