Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Program Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor in the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group. You will create high‑quality program materials and customer deliverables while supporting Life Science organizations in complex specialty markets.

Formación

• Graduate degree in business or life sciences.
• Pharma or biotech industry experience.
• Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workload effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Partner with the customer in establishing a vision for the program/portfolio initiative and supporting the team.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on delivery approaches.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to manage projects and meetings.
