Syneos Health is hiring an R&D Associate Consultant in Buenos Aires. You will join the R&D Advisory Group to help life sciences organizations optimize research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance operations.
You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to define value, develop proposals, and lead project engagements from planning to delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences or business, with consulting experience in the life sciences sector and exposure to
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business required.
- Strong presentation and business development skills preferred.
- Consulting management experience in life sciences or biotechnology sector.
- Experience in R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting.
Responsabilidades
- Understand customer goals, processes, operations and expectations.
- Define opportunities to deliver value by executing projects.
- Develop customer proposals with approach, solution and commercial construct.
- Lead engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations.
- Plan and oversee execution of project engagements and quality oversight.
- Support business development with content and networking.
