Syneos Health is seeking a role within its R&D Advisory Group in Buenos Aires to help life sciences organizations optimize research, clinical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance operations. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape proposals and engagement strategies, and to drive quality and business development across projects.

The position requires extensive life sciences consulting experience, R&D operations exposure, and strong presentation skills to communicate

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business is required.
• Extensive experience in consulting management in life sciences or pharma/biotech.
• Experience in R&D operations either in industry or consulting.
• Strong presentation and business development abilities.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You’ll help organizations in times of change whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or a combination of these.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
• Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
• Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
• Strong presentation and business development skills
