Lenovo is seeking a Quote Management Analyst to join the Sales Support team in Buenos Aires. The role accelerates the contract process, validates terms, creates quotes, and maintains audit-ready documentation to grow the business and increase customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Sales teams, external customers and Lenovo partners, manage data with advanced Excel, and communicate in English. Hybrid work: 3 days on-site (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and 2 days remote.

Formación

• 1+ year in contract administration, quotation management, sales support, or related operational functions.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing customer requests, escalations, and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with internal and external stakeholders.

Overall Description:

We are looking for a Quote Management Analyst to join the Sales Support team. This team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction.

The position involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders: 40% Sales teams - 40% external customers and Lenovo business partners - 20% Internal functions, including Pricing and Order Management.

Position Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in contract administration, quotation management, sales support, or related operational functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, monitor, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing customer requests, escalations, and service-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• We are looking for candidates who enjoy taking ownership, learning new things, and working in a dynamic environment rather than performing highly repetitive tasks.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and 2 days remote, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
