Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Buenos Aires Concentrates Plant is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to safeguard product quality and food safety. You will manage the integrated management system, guide KORE compliance, and drive audits, risk management, and continuous improvement across a global operations network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence while ensuring alignment with GMP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related food science field.
• Minimum 2 years in quality systems or food safety in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of KORE, GMP, and international standards.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Intermediate English for global communication.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective Integrated Management System aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Act as SME on KORE requirements, guiding ongoing compliance and system effectiveness.
• Lead the Document Control Program using EtQ Reliance for governance.
• Coordinate continual improvement initiatives, CAPAs, root-cause analysis, and learning.
• Support internal audit programs including GMP, Food Defense, and management system audits.
• Collaborate with Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Fraud teams to strengthen food safety culture.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and stakeholders, closing findings timely.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and report trends to leadership.
• Assist change management with risk assessments and operational impact analyses.
