Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to strengthen our Integrated Management System, ensure compliance with KORE and global standards, and drive continual improvement across audits, CAPA, and change management.

You will partner with Food Safety and Quality teams to enhance allergen management and food safety culture while aligning with GMP, FSMA, and ISO requirements within a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Integrated Management Systems, or similar roles in food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of food manufacturing processes and their interactions across operations.
• Experience supporting quality and food safety management systems in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of KORE requirements, GMP, and international management system standards.
• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Intermediate English proficiency for global communication and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective Integrated Management System ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Lead Document Control and change management within EtQ Reliance.
• Coordinate continual improvement through quality notifications, CAPA, root cause analysis, and organizational learning.
• Support internal audit programs (GMP, Food Defense, management system audits) and auditor network formation.
• Collaborate with Food Safety/Defense/Fraud teams to strengthen food safety culture and allergen management.
