Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to support our Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), ensure KORE compliance, and strengthen a culture of operational excellence at the Buenos Aires Concentrates Plant.

You will lead document control, support internal and external audits, coordinate continual improvement initiatives, and work with Food Safety and Quality teams to uphold GMP, FSMA, ISO 9001, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Systems, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Integrated Management Systems, or similar roles within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety principles, and international management system standards.
• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Intermediate English proficiency and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and international standards.
• Act as SME on KORE requirements and ensure ongoing compliance and system effectiveness.
• Lead Document Control via EtQ Reliance and govern documentation across the organization.
• Coordinate continual improvement initiatives including CAPAs, root cause analyses, and organizational learning.
• Support internal audit programs (GMP, Food Defense, management system audits) and help develop a network of internal auditors.
• Maintain and administer quality system platforms and provide user training and support.
