Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to safeguard product quality and food safety within a concentrated manufacturing plant. You will support the IBMS system, ensure KORE compliance, and drive continuous improvement through audits, risk management, and process optimization.

You will collaborate with Food Safety, Food Defense, and corporate teams to strengthen the food safety culture, manage document controls, and participate in internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a food-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Systems, Food Safety or related fields in food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of food manufacturing processes and GMP principles.
• Experience supporting quality and food safety management systems in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of KORE requirements and international management system standards.
• Intermediate English proficiency for global communication.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective Integrated Management System compliant with corporate and international standards.
• Act as SME on KORE requirements and support ongoing compliance.
• Lead Document Control using EtQ Reliance and ensure governance.
• Coordinate continual improvement initiatives: CAPA, root cause analysis, learning.
• Support internal audits (GMP, Food Defense, system audits) and build a network of internal auditors.
• Administer quality system platforms and train users.
• Collaborate with Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Fraud teams to strengthen food safety culture and allergen management.
• Coordinate external audits with certifying bodies and close findings.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and present trends to leadership.
• Support risk assessments and change management across operations and projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and related ISO standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
