The Coca-Cola Company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to support the Integrated Management System, audits, and continuous improvement. You will lead document control, coordinate improvements, and partner with Food Safety teams to ensure compliance with standards like KORE, GMP, and FSMS.

You will engage with global stakeholders, participate in internal and external audits, and help strengthen a culture of quality and operational excellence across the concentrates plant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related science/engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems, food safety, IMS.
• Working knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting quality and food safety management systems in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of KORE requirements, GMP, and international standards.
• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Intermediate English to communicate with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain an effective Integrated Management System aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Act as SME on KORE requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and system effectiveness.
• Lead Document Control in EtQ Reliance with governance and accessibility.
• Coordinate continual improvement initiatives and CAPA processes.
• Support internal audit programs (GMP, Food Defense, FSMS) and build an auditor network.
• Administer quality system platforms and provide user training and support.
• Collaborate with Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Fraud teams on allergen management and compliance.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and close findings.
• Monitor system performance and communicate trends to leadership.
• Support change management and risk assessments related to operations.
• Align with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001/45001/17025 standards.
