Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality Professional for Latin America to act as the regional focal point for Quality and EHS within the Transformer Order Execution organization.   • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Project Quality, EHS Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience in non-conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • ISO 1401 and ISO 4501 knowledge is an advantage; Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Mapping, Kaizen or similar methodologies valued.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, database management tools, among others).
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as regional focal point for Quality activities across LATAM, liaising between projects, management and functions to ensure consistent practices.
  • Execute and support daily Quality activities: follow-up of non-conformities, corrective actions, root causes, lessons learned, performance reporting, and problem solving.
  • Coordinate and consolidate regional Quality indicators, customer satisfaction metrics (NPS), action plans and lessons learned with accurate, timely reporting.
  • Support management with trend analysis, risk identification and recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Assist planning and execution of internal audits based on the Integrated Management System; report findings for compliance.
  • Consolidate and monitor regional EHS indicators, requirements and action plans, coordinating project teams and external providers.

As a Quality Professional for Latin America, you will serve as the regional focal point for Quality and EHS activities within the Transformer Order Execution organization.

As a Quality Professional for Latin America, you will serve as the regional focal point for Quality and EHS activities within the Transformer Order Execution organization.

You will work closely with Project Managers, EHS specialists, factories, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the implementation and follow-up of EQS requirements across active projects in the region. Your responsibilities will include non-conformity management, facilitation of root cause analyses, follow‑up of corrective actions, sharing lessons learned, monitoring customer satisfaction indicators, and acting as a key link between projects and the regional organization.

This is a hands‑on position that combines operational execution within one of the LATAM subregions, regional coordination, and reporting responsibilities. Beyond consolidating information, you will drive action follow‑up, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide visibility of EQS performance within the Executive Unit.

Working closely with the Quality team, you will help ensure consistent processes, reliable reporting, effective governance, and continuous improvement across the region. You will support management through performance reporting, trend analysis, and Management Reviews to provide visibility into regional project performance.

The role is focused on coordination, follow‑up, monitoring, and reporting of regional EHS requirements and actions.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Act as the regional focal point for Quality activities across LATAM, serving as a liaison between projects, management, and the different functions involved to ensure consistent management practices across the region.
  • Execute and support daily Quality activities, including follow‑up of Non‑Conformities (NC/NCC), corrective actions, root cause analyses, lessons learned, performance reporting, and the facilitation of problem‑solving activities.
  • Coordinate and consolidate regional Quality indicators, customer satisfaction metrics (NPS), action plans, and lessons learned, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, timely reporting, and escalation of overdue actions when required.
  • Support management through trend analysis, risk identification, and recommendations that drive continuous improvement, process enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal audits based on the Integrated Management System, reporting findings to ensure compliance.
  • Consolidate and monitor regional EHS indicators, requirements, and action plans, coordinating project teams, EHS specialists, and external service providers to ensure appropriate follow‑up, visibility of EHS performance, and escalation of relevant risks across LATAM.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Project Quality, EHS Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience in non‑conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 1401 and ISO 4501 is considered an advantage. Additional certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, Process Mapping, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies are highly valued.
  • Advanced English proficiency. Portuguese is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, database management tools, among others).
  • Ability to balance operational execution, regional coordination, and reporting responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will be part of the EQS Americas team within Order Execution, supporting energy infrastructure projects throughout Latin America.
