Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mendoza to lead the operations team, drive efficient and safe production and oversee quality compliance. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing practices, KPI tracking, and production planning across multiple work centers.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or industrial engineering background with 5–7 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.

Competenze

• Mechanical or industrial engineer with relevant degree.
• ISO knowledge preferred.
• BS or BA in relevant field and 5-7 years experience.

Mansioni

• Direct production and quality control activities within the operations team.
• Ensure efficient production while following policies and safety procedures.
• Manage KPIs including utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap and rework.
• Plan production in different work centers and analyze lean manufacturing issues.
