About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success team and support our global growth. This is a client-facing role focused on ensuring project visibility, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of business value. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, connecting project execution with business objectives while proactively managing expectations, risks, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

You will own end-to-end project visibility, providing clear updates on progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and next steps. You will maintain a comprehensive view of each project, ensuring that execution remains aligned with the client's business objectives and expected outcomes.

You will lead client communication regarding project status, timelines, expectations, and delivered value, facilitating conversations to assess progress against objectives, identify gaps, and validate delivery commitments. You will ensure that project deliverables remain aligned with client expectations and contribute to measurable business results.

You will coordinate with internal teams to establish priorities, remove blockers, and drive alignment across stakeholders. You will proactively identify risks and potential deviations, proposing action plans before they impact delivery. You will also document key decisions, agreements, and next steps to ensure transparency and continuity, while working collaboratively with clients to develop and maintain ongoing project plans.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or hybrid client-facing delivery roles.
• Strong ability to organize complex information and communicate it clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Business-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value, achieving objectives, and driving measurable outcomes beyond operational project tracking.
• Experience leading client conversations around project progress, expectations, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Ability to adapt to evolving environments, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively with developing processes.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred, depending on client requirements).
