Promtior is seeking a Tech Lead with strong AI experience to guide technical teams, oversee code quality, and shape the architecture of agentic AI solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive backend/API design, mentor engineers across Python/Node.js stacks and frontend frameworks, and leverage AWS cloud services for scalable deployments. Hybrid work is offered across LATAM regions.

Formación

• 2+ years leading or coordinating development teams.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI projects (LLMs, AI agents, AI-driven automation).
• Production experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.

About the Role

We're looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience in artificial intelligence to lead technical teams, oversee code quality, and help shape the architecture of our agentic AI solutions. This is a key position to ensure that what we build combines technical excellence with real business impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical teams through code supervision and quality assurance. Define technical guidelines, conduct code reviews, and support the resolution of complex problems, especially in agentic AI projects. Coordinate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, monitor team performance, and evaluate new technologies and AI models applicable to projects. Foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, document technical decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Experience

• 2+ years leading or coordinating development teams.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic AI projects (LLMs, AI agents, AI-driven automation).
• Production experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Advanced knowledge of backend development, API design, and distributed architecture.
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular).
• Proficiency with cloud services (AWS), including Lambda and ECS.
• Background in CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Advanced English Level

• Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (Anthropic) — Anthropic's technical certification for architects building production applications with Claude.
• Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional (Microsoft) — certification covering generative AI fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Prior experience with applied AI projects
• Experience with additional programming languages.
