Abacum, a leading Business Planning solution, is hiring an FP&A Associate in Argentina. You will integrate client data into the platform, build financial models, and onboard clients to become Abacum experts.

You will deliver ad-hoc analyses, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders. This client-facing role requires analytical rigor and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• +2 years of FP&A, finance or consulting experience.
• Ability to analyze data and think from first principles.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Eagerness to learn fast and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform.
• Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
• Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features

What You’ll Do as an FP&A Associate

• Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform.
• Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.

You have…

• +2 years of experience of FP&A, broader Finance or consulting experience
• The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results
• The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
• Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
• Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
