Abacum is seeking a Product Ambassador to join our fast-moving FP&A team in Argentina. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to reduce churn and lead technical sessions that demonstrate the value of our platform for planning and decision-making.

You will mentor customers, teach best practices, and collaborate across product, sales, and implementation teams to drive adoption and renewals. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in this role.

Formación

• Technical understanding of FP&A software or customer success background.
• 2+ years of B2B implementation or customer success experience, ideally for financial software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-depth technical conversations with customers showcasing platform capabilities.
• Conduct trainings and product demonstrations to drive adoption and value realization.
• Partner with CSMs to drive utilization, renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Bridge gaps between CSMs, Research, Product, FP&A/Implementation, and Sales.
