Abacum, a leading Business Planning solution, is seeking an FP&A Associate in Buenos Aires. You will integrate clients’ data into the platform, build financial models, onboard and support clients, and provide ad-hoc analysis to enable strategic decisions.

You have at least 2 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong analytical capability, comfort with Excel, and a proactive, client-facing mindset. This role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a global team.

Formación

• 2+ years in FP&A, finance, or consulting.
• Ability to analyze data and think from first principles.
• Comfort working in a client-facing role and communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with Excel for analysis.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality and fast learner.

Responsabilidades

• Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data into the Abacum platform.
• Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize clients’ processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients, turning them into Abacum experts.
• Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to brainstorm and build new features.
