About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the management, quality, and governance of technical business information. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting data integrity initiatives, and ensuring critical information is accessible, consistent, and aligned across business functions.
The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, contribute to process improvements, and act as a key resource for complex data and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, maintain, and update complex technical records and documentation.
- Analyze requests, assess impacts, and determine appropriate actions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Validate information and perform quality reviews to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Document changes, decisions, and business requirements clearly and accurately.
- Manage large volumes of information within enterprise systems while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to resolve information gaps and improve data quality.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on processes, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and system utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, Data Management, Business Operations, Technical Documentation, Quality, or related fields.
- Several years of experience in data management, technical documentation, quality systems, product information, master data, business operations, or process-oriented environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working with databases, enterprise systems, or information management platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to translate technical information into clear documentation.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), PLM, ERP, PIM, or similar systems.
- Experience in controlled documentation, quality processes, compliance, or auditing environments.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience mentoring, training, or supporting colleagues on systems and processes.
