Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Technical Data & Documentation Specialist to support management, quality, and governance of technical information. You will ensure data integrity, maintain complex records, and collaborate with global teams to improve documentation workflows.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and enterprise data systems. you will contribute to audits and data governance initiatives across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, science or data management.
• Several years of experience in data management, technical documentation, or quality systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, maintain, and update complex technical records and documentation.
• Analyze requests and determine actions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Validate information and perform quality reviews to identify discrepancies.
• Document changes, decisions, and business requirements clearly.
• Manage large volumes of information within enterprise systems with attention to detail.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to resolve information gaps.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and system utilization.
