Chevron Corp. is seeking an experienced professional in Buenos Aires to drive Master Data Management and analytics initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support governance, quality, and data migration efforts across the data lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, agile delivery, and governance-driven practices to enable analytics and AI-powered capabilities within the enterprise.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Application Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship, metadata management, and business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full MDM lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to solution implementation, testing, adoption and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement and govern data solutions.
• Support data governance programs and metadata management activities.
• Assist with data migration and onboarding initiatives as part of MDM initiatives.

This position combines business analysis and application engineering skills to support the full lifecycle of MDM initiatives, from requirements gathering and process design through solution implementation, testing, adoption, and operational support. The successful candidate will help establish trusted, governed, and high-quality master data that enables operational excellence, analytics, and AI-driven business capabilities.

Experience with Master Data Management platforms is desirable but not required.

Required

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Application Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship, metadata management, and business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise Master Data Management platforms.
• Experience with Profisee, Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, or similar MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure data and integration technologies.
• Experience supporting data governance programs.
• Experience with data migration and onboarding initiatives.
