Empresaconfidencial is seeking a detail-oriented Labeling & Content Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of technical product content and documentation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, manage content updates, and drive continuous improvement across documentation workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate creation, review, and maintenance of product-related documentation and content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
• Review content and supporting documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with teams across business functions to gather requirements, resolve information gaps, and support approval processes.
• Maintain documentation records, workflows, and change tracking in designated systems.
• Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Provide guidance, training, and support on documentation processes and best practices.

Labeling & Content Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of technical product content and documentation. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, compliant with established standards, and delivered within project timelines.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, managing content updates, documentation workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation, review, and maintenance of product-related documentation and content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
• Review content and supporting documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with teams across business functions to gather requirements, resolve information gaps, and support approval processes.
• Maintain documentation records, workflows, and change tracking in designated systems.
• Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Provide guidance, training, and support on documentation processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in documentation management, content coordination, project support, operations, regulatory support, quality processes, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with content management, workflow, specification, or document control systems.
• Background in regulated industries, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, life sciences, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting process improvement or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
