EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Digital Project Manager to bridge technology and business strategy, guiding complex initiatives from ideation to delivery.

You will lead delivery governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships while elevating technical quality and process maturity.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in lead/manager roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• 5+ full-cycle projects or diverse lifecycle exposure.
• Proven delivery of software solutions in complex distributed environments.
• Hands-on in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Experience handling Digital systems and stakeholders at VP level+.
• Strong PM skills in a technical setting: planning and resourcing.
• Familiarity with UX design areas including design systems and accessibility.
• Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms.
• Background in mobile app design/development.
• Excellent English communication (C1+).

We are in search of a Digital Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery efforts, resolving challenges that surface on extensive programs featuring integrated Digital elements
• Oversee the initiation, planning, and execution of sophisticated projects and programs
• Remain hands‑on in the release management process to ensure teams consistently produce high‑quality solutions
• Select and apply fitting delivery methodologies to drive project success
• Pinpoint technology solutions that address client business needs effectively
• Hold both yourself and your team accountable to KPIs covering delivery outcomes, business health, team growth, and technical capability
• Build project and program governance structures tailored to individual client contexts
• Keep expanding your technical knowledge while directing, coordinating, and shaping decisions on key technology matters
• Serve as the delivery and technology partner for clients, connecting their vision with existing capabilities and solutions
• Guide the alignment of decisions between internal teams and client teams to secure successful implementation
• Create and promote engineering best practices that contribute to continual improvements in quality and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent advanced certification
• At least 8 years of relevant professional background, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator positions
• A minimum of one year of experience overseeing a team of 20 or more people
• At least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or participation in multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
• Demonstrated success in delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed environments
• Strong background and current hands‑on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
• Proven experience handling sophisticated Digital systems and components
• Experience working with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and above
• Strong project or program management abilities within a highly technical environment
• Solid understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects, including familiarity with User Experience Design areas such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility, and content strategy
• Familiarity with CMS platforms
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
• Background in mobile app design and development
• Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

• Experience leading programs focused on modernization and re-platforming of large-scale solutions
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation initiatives and the challenges of applying them within legacy environments
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design principles
• Experience developing solutions from the ground up
• Experience delivering cloud‑ready solutions using platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience bringing microservice architectures into live production
• Experience delivering data‑intensive solutions, with integration architecture knowledge regarded as a plus
