CDR External Development is seeking a hands-on Producer based in Buenos Aires to lead internal projects end-to-end and to coordinate external development engagements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and contracts stay on track.

You will run vendor meetings, manage a portfolio of projects, and work with a production lead to keep work flowing across teams, catching risks early and driving timely resolutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in video game production or external development management.
• Solid understanding of game development cycles, pipelines, and dependencies across disciplines (art, design, engineering, QA).
• You’re a strong operator: you keep a large volume of moving parts tracked and visible, and nothing slips.
• Comfortable running meetings and communicating with internal teams and external partners clearly and professionally.
• Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to optimize workflows.
• Professional communication in English, verbally and in writing.

• Track milestones and hold providers accountable to their commitments, dates, and contract terms.
• Improve CDR's internal systems, processes, and documentation to make production more efficient and repeatable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Producer who thrives in early‑stage startup environments and brings solid fluency in video game development. You will keep a portfolio of game projects moving: owning internal projects end‑to‑end at the execution level, and partnering on external development engagements to make sure timelines, deliverables, and contracts stay on track.

This is a hands‑on production role. You will keep work flowing across multiple projects, hold vendors accountable to their commitments, and catch problems before they become fires. You will run vendor meetings and act as the day‑to‑day point of contact on the projects you own, with support from an experienced production lead.

CDR's production team is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and report to CDR’s Head of Production.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Comfortable running meetings and communicating directly with internal teams and external partners in a clear, professional, and warm‑but‑firm way.
• Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Comfortable using AI tools day‑to‑day to optimize workflows.
• Professional communication in English, verbally and in writing. You can build rapport, navigate nuance, and develop real working relationships, not just get the words across.

Great to Have

• Exposure to external development partnerships, vendor management, or provider‑side client work.
• Familiarity with contracts, SOWs, or change order management.
• Exposure to RFP or procurement processes (scoping, distributing to studios, evaluating bids).
• Track record of dropping into unfamiliar production environments and becoming useful fast.
• Experience in fast‑moving startup environments or similarly ownership‑driven roles.
• Hybrid work model based in Buenos Aires. This role requires working from our downtown office near the Obelisco 3 days a week.
