Innovid is looking for a Sr. Creative Producer in Buenos Aires to oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in client-facing project management and creative roles, strong communication skills, and knowledge of project delivery.

This role supports US-based accounts, may involve work on Buenos Aires public holidays, and offers a flexible working environment with various perks including health insurance and unlimited vacation.

Sr. Creative Producer

Owns the end-to-end management of the creative project lifecycle, from intake to delivery. Maintains a deep understanding of the project requirements/scope, manages internal & client expectations, creates and communicates timelines, creates and manages creative project tasks and confirms that project scope and client expectations have been met when the project is complete. Acts as the master coordinator between all parties involved within a creative project (Developers/Designers, Technical Producers, Platform Solutions Managers, Client Success Managers). When necessary and capacity available, the Creative Producer should be able to version basic to intermediate creative and manage version updates via the Innovid platform.

What You'll Do:

• Project Management – focusing on intermediate to complex projects
  • Manage project scope, resources, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Day‑to‑day execution management
  • Timeline generation and management throughout the duration of the project
  • Collaborate with Technical Producer for all new creative frameworks
  • Document project scope and communicate with client
  • Manage creative development resources to execute the project scope
  • QA and confirm development deliverables meet project requirements and scope
  • Provide creative deliverables to client
• Creative project point of contact
  • Client facing for scoping and ongoing project management
• Understanding of Ad Serving creative capabilities
• Day‑to‑day interaction with partner resources
• Version dynamic creative through the platform / Excel, including the use of inline styles to adjust layouts where necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years working in client‑facing project management roles
• 5+ years working in a creative role or ad tech role
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff, partner resources and external clients
• Knowledge of the typical creative process between designers and developers and how to manage the creative process
• Ability to translate client requirements/expectations into actionable items for designers and developers
• High attention to detail
• Project planning – risk identification and management throughout the projects
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level understanding of third‑party data feeds and API structures
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• High level understanding of HTML5, CSS or JavaScript
• Ability to use Excel features for efficient population of data in excel sheets
• Experience working with feed‑based / data‑driven ads
• Experience in mobile web design or rich media production (an advantage)

This role supports US‑based accounts and work may be required on a few Buenos Aires public holidays per year when they fall on US business days. Special holiday pay rate will apply and the day worked can be taken off at another time.
