CDR External Development is seeking a hands-on Producer based in Buenos Aires to lead internal projects end-to-end and to coordinate external development engagements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and contracts stay on track.

You will run vendor meetings, manage a portfolio of projects, and work with a production lead to keep work flowing across teams, catching risks early and driving timely resolutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in video game production or external development management.
• Solid understanding of game development cycles, pipelines, and dependencies across disciplines (art, design, engineering, QA).
• You’re a strong operator: you keep a large volume of moving parts tracked and visible, and nothing slips.
• Comfortable running meetings and communicating with internal teams and external partners clearly and professionally.
• Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to optimize workflows.
• Professional communication in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Own internal projects end-to-end at the execution level: tracking tasks, managing timelines, coordinating across disciplines and with client-side teams, and keeping everything moving.
• Build strong working relationships with the internal teams you support, becoming a trusted, reliable partner.
• Keep work flowing across a portfolio of projects, staying on top of the details so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Proactively spot risks and blockers, flag them early, and help drive them to resolution.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external development partners on the projects you manage, running vendor meetings independently and keeping alignment on scope, dates, and deliverables.
• Track milestones and hold providers accountable to their commitments, dates, and contract terms.
• Improve CDR's internal systems, processes, and documentation to make production more efficient and repeatable.
