Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist (PRN) to provide on-site coverage across programs when staff are absent or during high census.

You will work under the Clinical Director, delivering group and individual therapy following ASAM criteria and SFRC's evidence-based practices. The role requires a current New Mexico independent license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT), a master's degree, and at least two years of post-master experience with co-occurring disorders.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted New Mexico independent clinical license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• At least two (2) years of post-master's experience providing individual and group therapy to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• For individuals in recovery from SUD, a minimum of two (2) years of uninterrupted abstinence from alcohol and/or drugs.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate group therapy using evidence-based practices for SUD and co-occurring disorders, including psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing, and other holistic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions as assigned.
• Conduct assessments using SFRC's biopsychosocial assessment (BPS), risk assessment, and other evaluation tools to determine ASAM level of care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record in accordance with BHSD standards.
• Coordinate with the Case Manager and treatment team to support continuity of care and referrals.
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts as agreed with the Clinical Director.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training on SFRC's evidence-based practices and maintain fidelity to them.
