HRAnswerLink is seeking a Home Care Nurse to provide attentive in-home nursing care in Santa Fe, NM. You will evaluate and treat patients using current technology and practices to support optimal outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians to establish the initial plan of care, communicate effectively, and supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs while maintaining a flexible schedule and autonomy in patient assessment.

Qualificações

• Current and unencumbered RN license for the state of assignment.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) recognition and multi-state licensure eligibility.
• Ability to assess patient status and age-specific needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean record in the past 5 years.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) documents the following: The mutual recognition model of nurse licensure allows a nurse to have one license (in his or her state of residency) and to practice in other states (both physical and electronic), subject to each state’s practice law and regulation (nurses must legally reside in a NLC state to be eligible to have a multi-state license)
• Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with no DUIs, revocations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
