Advantage Home Care in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Home Care Nurse to evaluate and treat patients using the latest practices and technology. You will collaborate with physicians to establish initial care plans and manage a consistent caseload in a home health setting.

You will guide and educate Home Health Aides and LPNs, participate in outcomes monitoring and agency improvement initiatives, and enjoy flexible scheduling with opportunities for continuing education.

Competenze

• Current, unencumbered RN license for the assigned state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• NLC-based licensure allows multi-state practice when residing in an NLC state.
• Able to assess patient status and plan care accordingly.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with no recent DUIs.

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) documents the following: The mutual recognition model of nurse licensure allows a nurse to have one license (in his or her state of residency) and to practice in other states (both physical and electronic), subject to each state’s practice law and regulation (nurses must legally reside in a NLC state to be eligible to have a multi-state license)
• Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with no DUIs, revocations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
