Tetra Pak is seeking a Printing Supervisor in La Rioja, Argentina to lead the printing line, drive efficiency, and manage daily operations and staff performance. The role reports to the Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager and requires fluent English and Spanish, with a strong CI/Lean background.

You will oversee safety, equipment quality, and KPI performance while coordinating with planning and maintenance to meet production targets. Relocation or visa sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Availability to rotate shifts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience leading and supervising factory workers.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of CI/LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Intermediate Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production collaborators, assigning roles, shifts, vacations and overtime.
• Oversee PPE use and apply process safety best practices (LOTO).
• Be responsible for equipment quality, efficiency, reliability and people development.
• Monitor KPIs and People performance in printing.
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate production schedule with production planning.
• Maintain internal communication with Maintenance teams to meet targets.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing/CI activities using Kaizen teams.
• Maintain 5S standards in the area.
