J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Document & Business Solutions (DBS) Operations Supervisor in Buenos Aires to lead end-to-end mail, scanning, and print production across multiple sites.

You will guide production teams, optimize workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to perform production tasks as backup, with responsibility for customs/imports, safety, confidentiality, and stakeholder engagement across up to 4

Formación

• End-to-end operations experience in high-volume print production.
• 5+ years' experience in high volume professional printing.
• 10+ years' experience in team management.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee DBS services including mail, scanning, and print production to meet SLAs.
• Manage customs/imports and coordinate with customs agents.
• Provide hands-on production support and backup work as needed.
• Enforce quality control and address defects with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance at the sites.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage inventory, fulfillment and reporting.
• Coordinate coverage across up to 4 Buenos Aires locations, Mon-Fri 9-6, 100% onsite.
