Svitla Systems, Inc. in Argentina seeks a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Windows systems programming to design and lead a high-skill team. You will collaborate with the CTO and Head of Product to transform complex concepts into robust technical designs, and mentor a small engineering group.

The role supports remote work with optional office or coworking arrangements. The candidate will master Windows internals, deployment pipelines, and enterprise endpoint management,

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in Windows systems.
• Deep Windows internals expertise: boot sequence, services, registry, security tokens and privilege management.
• Hands-on Windows OS deployment: WinPE, task sequencing, unattended install, driver management, packaging with install-order dependencies.
• Experience with endpoint management ecosystems: SCCM/Intune/Autopilot and related platforms.
• Expertise in Windows-based systems programming (C/C++, C#/.NET) and PowerShell.
• Experience with code signing and secure-boot requirements or depth to own them.
• Architect-level design ability: turn loosely defined concepts into solid designs after discussion with CTO.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team.
• Fluent English and real-time collaboration; not ticket queues.

Responsabilidades

• Own the on-endpoint decision engine and vulnerability-driven prioritization.
• Ensure zero-disruption updates by managing in-use applications and patch sequencing.
• Oversee bare-metal OS deployment and WinPE-based recovery actions.
• Lead Windows Autopilot handoff to deliver configured builds with dependency awareness.
• Perform pre-boot identity via Azure AD in recovery scenarios.
• Manage content delivery via Azure Blob storage, CDN, and on-prem repositories.
• Drive hardware enablement: driver/firmware/BIOS updates across OEM families.
• Support virtual endpoints and cloud PC deployments (VDI, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Explore roadmap expansion, including potential macOS edition.
