Chevron GBS BA in Buenos Aires, Argentina, offers a 12-month Contract Advisor Team Internship with 20 hours per week in Puerto Madero. You will support supplier registration, due diligence, e-Orders, contract planning, and reporting while interacting with teams across countries and regions.

Ideal candidates are in their 3rd year of related studies, proficient with Office, and fluent in English. This internship is based in Argentina and will involve document management in SharePoint.

Competenze

• Students in their 3rd year of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or Law or related.
• Proficient with MS Office (Office Package).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.
• e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.
• Analytical support for contract planning.
• Preparation of performance reports.
• Electronic administration of the contract portfolio.
• Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process.
