Agile Engine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP data sources.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and visualizations, while ensuring data quality and governance across the analytics platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise sources.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reports.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standard KPI definitions across business areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
