Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. Bariloche is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that translate complex enterprise data into clear, actionable business insights.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, data definitions and reporting requirements, and guide data models, data quality, and governance in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• When posting data models, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs are gathered with stakeholders.
• Experience designing Power BI dashboards and reports with strong data modeling and DAX knowledge.
• Hands-on SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP data sources or SAP HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and datasets.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and ensure availability.
• Onboard and integrate data from enterprise source systems into the data platform.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow and semantic layer.
